Rib Tips with 1 side $11: 1/2 lb per order, Slow smoked pork rib tips and our amazing homemade JNYB (sold in stores) dry rub over a bed of tajin seasoned rice
Rib Tips with 2 sides $15: 1/2/ lb per order, Slow smoked pork rib tips and our amazing homemade JNYB (sold in stores) dry rub over a bed of tajin seasoned rice
Minnesota's Paradise $13: BBQ jerk chicken pineapple bowl (very spicy and sweet and has jalapeño, habanero and scotch bonnet peppers in it) tajin seasoned white rice , bbq jerk chicken, sautéed pineapples and red peppers with JNYB bbq sauce on top
Yard Bird $15: 1/2 pound of Dry Rub or Honey Garlic party wings (flats and drummies) (side choices: seasoned white rice, kale slaw, baked beans)
Yard Bird with Brisket Mac $18: 1/2 pound of Dry Rub or Honey Garlic party wings (flats and drummies) (side choices: seasoned white rice, kale slaw, baked beans)
Suewee Sandwich $7: BBQ pork sandwich plus slaw
Freedom Fries $7: Fresh fries topped with cheese & beef brisket in a 12 oz bowl.
Frito Pie $7: Frito chips topped with chili/green chile, meat, lettuce, sour cream, & diced tomatoes in a 12 oz bowl.
All or Nothin’ breakfast sandwich $7: 1/3 lb breakfast sandwich with sausage, cheddar cheese, potatoes au gratin, green and red peppers on a toasted English muffin.
The Dab $35: (3) wings, (2) brisket sliders w/ provolone & red pickled cabbage 1/3 lb tips, BAKED beans w/ burnt ends & slaw (Feeds 2 people)
The Preroll $55: (7) wings, 3 spare ribs, 1/2 lb of pork rib tips, 1/4 lb of brown sugar burnt ends, slaw & smoked baked beans (Feeds 3-4 people)
The Blunt $ 75: (12) wings, 1/2 rack of ribs, 4 brisket sliders w/ provolone & red pickled cabbage, smoked brisket Mac and cheese, kale slaw & baked beans w/ burnt ends (Feeds 4-5 people)
Chicken Meal $15: 1/2 pound of smoked party wings (dry rub, sweet bbq, honey garlic or bbq jerk) plus two sides.
Beef Meal $15: 1/2 lb of slow smoked beef brisket sliced and your choice of a side
That's Jacked Up Bowl (Vegan) $12: Smoke jackfruit or mushrooms (1 protein)soaked in JNYB sweet BBQ sauce over seasoned rice, pineapples & red peppers in a 12 oz bowl.
Veggie Skewers (Vegan) $5: (2) Skewers filled with local fresh veggies & the option to choose from 3 sauces.
